Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letter

An ESA letter is an official document issued by a licensed mental health professional. This letter states that a tenant has a disability, for which their ESA provides therapeutic benefit. A landlord can verify the authenticity and contact the provider of the animal letter if necessary. Our company exists to help you or your loved one live a quality life with your furry friend by ensuring landlords are notified and educated on your rights as a tenant with special consideration.

ECT facilitates telehealth consultations, eliminating the need to see a clinician in person and avoiding long lines. To qualify for an ESA, you must have an emotional or mental disability that substantially limits one or more of your major life activities. You will receive a physician’s letter that explains your need for an emotional support animal.
